This website allows you to make and follow your service requests filed before the Ministry of External Relations of Cameroon in Yaoundé and its Protocol and Consular Office in Douala.

Step 1 – Complete and print your service request form

The first step in the process is to fill in the necessary information for your service request:

  • a) Identifying information of the service requester;
  • b) Choice of the list of documents to be legalized ;
  • c) Making an appointment for the physical filing of the application.

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory, they must all be filled in correctly before you can « submit your application ».

Once the application is submitted online, if the email address provided is valid, you will receive a confirmation email containing your file number and secret code as well as your application form in PDF format. You must print and sign this form and attach it to the supporting documents for your application.

Prior to physically dropping off your application at your chosen appointment date and time, you have the option to edit your form information by choosing the « Edit application » menu. To do this, you will need your file number and secret code.

Step 2 – Paying for the authentication sticker

In view of meeting international standards as far as authenticating documents is concerned and in accordance with Law No 2022/020 of December, 27 2022 on the finance law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2023 financial year , the applicant shall have to pay a fee of 20,000 CFA Francs per document to be authenticated, as against a receipt, exclusively on the website www.tresorpublic.cm This amountshall covers the costs of processing the application and affixing a sticker to said document as a means guaranteeing its authenticity in the receiving countries.

Etape 3 – Submission, processing of the Application and collection of the file

  • Once the payment has been made, the applicant shall, on the appointement date, his(her)complete file comprising the online application form,all relevant documents and a receipt attesting to the payment online. The services for submission of files shall include: MINREX Central Services in Yaoundé or the Douala Protocol and consular Branch office.
  • A receipt acknowledging submission of the file and summarizing all relevant information on the application shall be handed to the applicant;
  • Where the applicant's application is admissible for processing, he(she) may return on the date indicated on his(her) receipt to collect authenticated documents.
  • The applicant may receive updates on the ongoing application proccessing online via www.minrexeservice.com/legalis by clicking « FOLLOW THE PROCESSING OF AN APPLICATION ».
  • Once the document has been endorsed and the processed, the applicant shall be given a date and time for him(her) to collect said documents.

N.B : No processing fee shall be refunded in the event where any document to be authenticated is rejected either because it has been found to be fake or forged
